Marc P. Madonia

Marc Madonia is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in insurance subrogation and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel (in-house) for Starr Companies since September 2017, Marc heads the company's subrogation program, overseeing both internal and external recovery efforts and delivering quarterly reports to senior management. Previously, as a Partner at Clausen Miller, PC, Marc represented insurers in various recovery matters, expertly managing all phases of the subrogation process. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Mike Lewis Attorneys, Wallace & Graham, P.A., and Mitchell Law Offices, focusing on civil trial representation, personal injury litigation, and insurance subrogation. Marc holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Franklin & Marshall College.
