Julia Paustian

Julia Paustian has extensive work experience in technical support roles. Julia began their career as a server at Buffalo Wild Wings from July 2013 to April 2016. In 2015, they joined ADT as a Field Support Technician, where they were responsible for troubleshooting system functionality, maintaining networking devices, and providing on-call support for critical issues. Julia then moved to StarRez, Inc. in June 2017, working as a Technical Support Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Cybereason as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer, starting in February 2022.

Julia Paustian completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2011 to 2016.
