Matthew Redeker, CFA

Matthew Redeker, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Matthew is currently the Vice President of Strategy & Revenue Ops at StarRez, Inc., where they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CloudKitchens as the Manager of Growth Strategy & Analytics from November 2021 to June 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Matthew was the Director of GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations at Zego (Powered by PayLease), a property technology company. In this role, they focused on integrating various resident touch-points into one app to enhance the resident experience.

Before joining Zego, Matthew worked as an Associate at Vantage Point Advisors, Inc., an independent business valuation firm. Matthew was with the company from August 2017 to March 2019, providing business valuation and financial advisory services.

From October 2014 to July 2017, Matthew was an Associate at StepStone Group, a global private markets firm. Here, they created customized portfolios for sophisticated investors using a disciplined research-focused approach.

Matthew began their career as an Investment Analyst Intern at Monahan Pacific, a leading real estate investment and development firm, from May 2013 to August 2013. During this time, they gained valuable experience in various real estate sectors.

Matthew Redeker, CFA earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from the University of San Diego, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Matthew also holds additional certifications in Advanced Excel Modeling from Wall Street Prep and is a Chartered Financial Analyst, granted by the CFA Institute.
