Sho Haw

Sho Haw has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. They began their career in 2007 as a Sales Associate at Top of the Rock Observation Deck, where they worked until 2011. In 2013, Sho joined Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) as a Passenger Service Agent for a short period of time before transitioning to become a Merchant Services Sales Agent at First Pay Solutions. After that, they worked as a Bilingual Cantonese Customer Service Representative at MTM, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Sho then moved on to work at Big Bus Tours as a Welcome Center Sales Agent for five years, from 2015 to 2020.

In 2021, Sho joined Starry, Inc. as a Mid Market Account Executive. Within a year, in 2022, they were promoted to the role of Team Lead for the same position. Sho's work experience highlights their expertise in sales, customer service, and account management.

Sho Haw completed a B2B SaaS Tech Sales Program at Uvaro in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Borough of Manhattan Community College, from 2007 to 2009.
