Jackie Ross

Jackie Ross is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at STARS Air Ambulance since May 2016. Previously, Jackie held the role of Director of HR for Newalta, overseeing a team that supported approximately 1,000 employees across Canada. Jackie has extensive experience at Talisman Energy, managing HR services for the US and international exploration teams, and leading various talent management initiatives. Earlier career at TransCanada involved multiple HR advisor roles focusing on organizational development and employee engagement. Jackie holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Calgary.
