Ando Kindel

Ando Kindel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management. Currently, Kindel serves as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Head of Manufacturing at Starship Technologies since March 2016, contributing to the development of autonomous delivery robots that have achieved significant milestones in the industry. Prior to this role, Kindel held various positions including Technology Development Manager at G4S Eesti, where technological project management was key, and Electronic Engineer at Defendec OÜ, focusing on radiosensors hardware development. Additional roles include project management in hardware development at Yoga Intelligence AS and technical support in electronics maintenance at Estomatic OÜ. Ando Kindel began a career in maritime operations, serving as a 2nd and 3rd officer with Estonian Shipping Co and T&E ESCO Shipping AS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Shipping from Estonian Maritime Academy and a solid foundational education from secondary schools in Estonia.
