Maris Kadakas

Maris Kadakas has extensive experience in human resources, with a particular focus on talent recruitment and development. Maris's most recent position was as a Human Resources Director at Starship Technologies, where they were responsible for managing HR processes and overseeing the company's fleet of delivery robots. Prior to that, Maris worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Reval Assets OÜ and as the Head of Human Resources at Skeleton Technologies, where they handled various HR functions such as planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Maris also has experience as an HR Business Partner at ENEFIT/EESTI ENERGIA AS, where they supported talent recruitment and development in multiple business units. Additionally, Maris has held roles at Eesti Energia AS, Noored Kooli Sihtasutus/Youth to School Foundation, Integratsiooni Sihtasutus, Manos Amigas Orphanage, and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, gaining valuable experience in project management, recruitment and selection, and volunteer work.
