Vikas Boni

Vikas Boni serves as the Business Head and COO at Stars N Stripes, a digital marketing agency, since April 2023, focusing on overall growth strategy and operations management. Prior to this role, Vikas held various leadership positions at Viacom18 Media Private Limited from 2010 to 2023, including VP & Head of Content Licensing & Partnerships for JioTV, where strategic content offerings and partnerships were developed. Other significant roles include spearheading the Voot Shots product and managing the MTV Beats brand, overseeing content partnerships, business planning, and P&L responsibilities. Vikas's career began at TAM Media Research as Assistant Manager in the Strategy Group, along with a summer internship at SODEXO focusing on market positioning. Vikas holds an MBA in Marketing and a BE in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
