Jessica Smith - Chrl

Jessica Smith, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Start.ca since August 2022, and previously held the same role at Start.ca from January 2017 to May 2021. Jessica has also worked as an HR Manager at Phreesia, focusing on enhancing operations within healthcare organizations, and has gained diverse HR experience in roles such as Human Resources Generalist as well as Recruiter at SRG. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Human Resources Assistant at The Beer Store and Accounts Payable Summer Student at Ingersoll Machine Tools. Jessica holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Humber College and an undergraduate degree in General Studies from the University of Guelph.
