Barb Pazan

Barb Pazan is an experienced Payroll Manager with a demonstrated history of overseeing payroll processes in various organizations. At Start Early since September 2024, Barb manages the semi-monthly payroll for 450 employees within a non-profit focused on Early Childhood Development. Prior to this role, Barb spent five years at Mesirow Financial, where payroll responsibilities included streamlining processes for 550 employees. From 2004 to 2019, Barb served as Payroll Manager at Winston & Strawn LLP, directing payroll operations for 1,500 partners and staff and coaching a team of five payroll administrators over a twelve-year tenure.
