Rya Celine D.

Rya Celine D. is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in advocacy, knowledge management, and marketing. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Start Network since February 2020, Rya has also held positions such as Communications Officer and Communications Adviser for the Philippines. Previously, Rya worked at CARE from June 2018 to June 2022 as Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist and Communications, Knowledge Management, and Advocacy Officer. Additional experience includes a role as Program Associate for Marketing and Partnerships at Jesse M. Robredo Foundation, Inc. and a Project Intern at Humanitarian Leadership Academy. Rya holds a Master’s degree in Philippine Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, both from the University of the Philippines, along with a Grade School and High School Diploma from the same institution.
