Denis Tylibtsev

Denis Tylibtsev has worked in various roles since 2000. Denis started their career at BC Soft as a SAP Software Developer, then moved on to become a Project Manager, Software Developer Team Lead and eventually Chief Executive Officer. In 2015, they joined IBM Canada as a Senior Project Manager, and then moved to Healbe Corporation as CIO. In 2017, they became a Product Manager at Smart Inventors, and most recently in 2018, they took on the role of Partner and Chief Administrative Officer at Starta Ventures. During their time at BC Soft, Denis designed and supervised the development of an Income Tax module, implemented SAP ERP system, and invented several business-process improvements. At IBM Canada, they were responsible for managing IT projects and tracking overall IT program progress. At Healbe Corporation, Denis was involved in building a complex solution comprised of WEB, Mobile and Firmware parts. At Smart Inventors, they were responsible for product management.

Denis Tylibtsev obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the State National Research Polytechnical University of Perm in 2000. In 2004, they received a Development Consultant 'ABAP Workbench' certificate from SAP. In 2017, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
