Kim Kramer

Kim Kramer is the current Head of Risk Consulting at StartBox. Prior to this, they were with AIG for over 15 years, where they most recently served as Global Head of Casualty Risk Consulting - Client Risk Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic risk consulting services to AIG’s clients worldwide.

Before their time in this role, Kim served as Head of Risk Consulting - Major and Corporate Accounts at AIG. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic risk consulting services to AIG’s major and corporate accounts worldwide.

Prior to their time in these roles, Kim served as Risk Consulting Manager - Global Casualty at AIG for over 10 years. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic risk consulting services to AIG’s clients worldwide.

Before their time at AIG, Kim worked at the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies for 18 years, where they served as Loss Control, Assistant Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic risk consulting services to Chubb’s clients worldwide.

Kim Kramer's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Colgate University and a Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health Science from Hunter College.
