He is passionate about helping companies create exceptional customer experiences through the intelligent use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
With over 25 years of experience across organizations like Siemens, GE-Genpact, Birlasoft, Sutherland, and Servion. He has successfully partnered with hundreds of client organizations (across Hi-tech, Manufacturing, Insurance, Telecom, Capital Markets, Retail & Healthcare) to help them unlock the potential of technology disruption. He recently got recognized by Global Stevie awards by winning the individual leadership award in Sales and Customer Service (2021).
Abhi holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, India, and an MBA (Finance) from University from St. Thomas, USA. He is an acknowledged public speaker at conferences and participant at various Industry events and is actively engaged with the University of Georgia and South Florida as an Advisor, and is an active mentor at various at-risk youth programs.
