Meghan Coughlin has worked in education for over 17 years. Meghan worked as an instructor at the North Allegheny School District from 2005 to 2011. Then, they worked as an instructor at the Loudoun County Public Schools from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they started working at the Fairfax County Public Schools where they held various roles such as Instructor and Curriculum Developer, Education Training Consultant, and Instructional Team Manager. Meghan worked with leadership to promote best practices and productivity, developed and delivered monthly training, and created and redesigned curriculum to engage learners. Meghan'smost recent role was at Fairfax County Public Schools as an instructional leader where they designed content area curriculum and delivered learning materials using various training techniques. In 2022, they joined StartGuides as a Content Developer.

Meghan Coughlin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003. In 2005, they received their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Duquesne University. Meghan recently obtained certifications in Articulate Storyline Essential Training from LinkedIn in April 2022, and in Storyline® for IDOLs® from IDOL courses in May 2022. Meghan is currently pursuing further education at IDOL courses Academy, though it is unclear what degree or field of study they are pursuing.
