Catherine Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and support services for refugees and trauma survivors. Currently serving as the Manager of the Mental Health Community Living Support for Refugees program at the NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARTTS), Catherine's background includes roles in various organizations such as Neami National, and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where responsibilities ranged from trauma-informed rehabilitation to coordinating refugee settlement services in multiple countries, including Nauru and Cambodia. Catherine's expertise is bolstered by a Master of Public Health from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Certificate in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions from La Trobe University.
