Unity Stoakes has a diverse range of work experience in the health and technology sectors. Unity co-founded and served as the president of StartUp Health, an organization that invests in health innovation startups and aims to improve global health. Unity was also a co-host of the StartUp Health NOW Podcast, which featured healthcare transformers. Stoakes worked as a publisher for StartUp Health Magazine. Additionally, they contributed as a writer for Forbes, covering health reimagination and healthcare transformation. Stoakes served as a mentor at Blueprint Health LLC, contributed as a writer for TechCrunch, and was a partner at Transformation Ventures. Unity co-founded OrganizedWisdom.com, a digital health company focused on closing the "Health Gap" and improving patient care. Stoakes was the Chief Marketing Officer at FinishRich Media, helping transform the company into a multi-million dollar media brand. Unity also held positions at Stone Investments/The Privacy Council and Webstakes.com/Promotions.com, where they played a key role in marketing, branding, and business growth.

Unity Stoakes attended City High School from 1988 to 1992. Later, from 1992 to 1996, they attended Boston University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communications and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science.
