Kailey Towns

Kailey Towns is an experienced professional in operations, communications, and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Startup Waco since September 2020. In this role, Kailey manages daily operations to enhance efficiency and align with organizational goals. Previously, Kailey held various positions at notable organizations, including Foundation Manager at the Waco Mammoth Foundation, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing, board communications, and event planning, and Marketing and Communications Manager at ProStar Energy Solutions. Earlier career highlights include roles at CONNECTIVE Agency, Baylor University, Texas Sports Hall of Fame, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas. Kailey holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism-Public Relations, both from Baylor University.
