Nikita Ovcharov has over 13 years of experience in the marketing and digital advertising industry. In 2021, they took on the role of Marketing Director at StartupCraft Inc, an IT outsourcing company, where they were responsible for market and competitor research, developing a marketing strategy, website updates, SEO strategy, SMM strategy, content creation, lead generation activities, web analytics, and managing and hiring of the marketing team. Nikita also worked as an independent consultant, providing marketing expertise for companies from various industries.
In 2019, Nikita was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at VanOnGo, an innovative last-mile delivery service. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as Marketing Director and Head of Digital Marketing at DreamTeam, an esports and gaming recruitment and management network. Nikita was responsible for planning and executing all marketing activities, forecasting and managing the budget, providing effective content and social media marketing, creating automation marketing analytics dashboards, and hiring and managing the marketing team.
In 2015, Nikita took on the role of Analyst/Digital Marketing Strategist at Prof.Estate, where they developed strategies for new and current customers, analyzed digital presence and activities for the client, and conducted market and competitor analysis. In 2016, they were a Web Analytics Trainer at WebPromoExpert, an internet marketing academy in Ukraine. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Web Analytics Trainer at the School of Digital Advertising UAMASTER.
From 2011 to 2016, Nikita held various roles at UaMaster, USS Security Eesti AS, and TNS Ukraine. At UaMaster, they were a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, responsible for communication with clients, developing strategies, and conducting presentations. At USS Security Eesti AS, they were a Marketing Assistant, responsible for contributing to the advertising budgets and promotions, developing mediaplans of promotion activities, and working with design studios to develop elements of branding. At TNS Ukraine, they were a Manager of Research Quality Control, responsible for enforcement of the research, adjusting the results of the research, and reports preparation.
Nikita Ovcharov holds a Master's degree (Honours Degree) in Marketing from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE), obtained between 2006 and 2011. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from Google: Google Analytics Individual Qualification (November 2015), Google Adwords Certification (November 2015), and Video Advertising Google Adwords Certification (November 2015).
