Cole Napper

Cole Napper is a seasoned expert in people analytics with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Analytics at FedEx Corporation since February 2024, Cole also runs Directionally Correct, the #1 People Analytics Podcast and Substack Newsletter, and teaches as an Adjunct Instructor at People Leader Accelerator. Previous roles include Vice President of People Analytics at Orgnostic, where an exit was achieved following the company's acquisition by CultureAmp, and Sr. Director of Talent & Analytics at Booster. Cole has also held academic positions as an Adjunct Professor at both Texas Christian University and Southern Methodist University. With a solid educational background, including a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, Cole has built a formidable career in people analytics, working for notable companies such as Texas Instruments and Grainger.
