Deepankar Gupta

Deepankar Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deepankar co-founded Xform Learning Pvt. Ltd in 2017 and served as the Co-Founder and Director. In 2014, they co-founded Career Clinic where they held various roles, including CXO (Chief Experience Officer) and Co-founder. Deepankar was responsible for changing the way students choose their careers and pathways through assessments, expert sessions, and digital methodologies. Deepankar was also the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Career Clinic from 2014 to 2018. In 2022, they joined StartupLanes.com as the Director-CBO, where they guided regional directors and provided consulting and mentoring services. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at PlatinumOne Business Services Limited from 2018 to 2021. Deepankar also held various positions at HCL Infosystems Ltd, including Head of CDC Learning Division and Assistant General Manager of the Government Business at HCL Learning. Deepankar played key roles in managing training centers, establishing franchise networks, and handling business development functions in the government segment. Before joining HCL, they worked at Thakral Computers Pvt. Ltd as a Regional Manager, where they developed the service setup and made it a profit center. Deepankar also worked at Hughes Network Systems as a Regional Manager-North, where they headed operations for the Northern Region and handled major programs for government, PSU, and corporate clients.

Deepankar Gupta obtained a Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2003. From 1985 to 1989, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computers at Shivaji University. Prior to that, they attended Manav Bharti India International School from 1979 to 1985. Deepankar Gupta also holds additional certifications, including Certified Assessor and Coach from Harrisson Assessments, US (obtained in July 2016), and a Management Development Program from IIM Bangalore - Executive Programmes.
