John Kruger

John Kruger is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in innovation and startup ecosystems. Currently serving as the Founder and Advisor of Incubation Studio since August 2024, John nurtures innovation and supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. In addition, John advises Redesign Health, which focuses on healthcare innovation, and StartupOS, aiding startups through guidance and mentorship. Previous roles include Innovation Entrepreneur at Gundersen Health System, where John managed the idea pipeline and supported intrapreneurs, as well as Entrepreneur In Residence at Edge. John founded Initiate Demand, a digital marketing agency, and led E-Fusionsoft Technologies, providing diverse IT solutions. With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, John has continually demonstrated a commitment to fostering innovation and success across various industries.
