Jittraporn P. started their work experience as a Creative Design Coordinator at HIPPOLIME DESIGN in June 2005, where they worked until February 2006. From June 2006 to February 2010, they worked as a Marketing Executive, Creative Services at Asia City Media Group. Jittraporn then joined Post Inter Media Co., Ltd. in April 2010 as a Web Editor for ELLE & ELLE Decoration Thailand until January 2013. From March 2013 to November 2016, they worked at dtac as an Online Communications Editor in the Online User Experience Unit. In May 2017, they started working at Wunderman Thompson as a Senior Digital Content Manager, a position they held until March 2021. From May 2021 to October 2021, they were a Brand Content Editor at Hello Health Group. Currently, they are working as a Content Manager at StashAway since November 2021.

Jittraporn P. completed their Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a specialization in English from Thammasat University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Integrated Communication Management from Chulalongkorn University, graduating in 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Keynote 9 Essential Training" and "Editing and Proofreading Made Simple" from LinkedIn in March 2020 and February 2020, respectively.
