John L. Martinez Jr.

John L. Martinez, Jr. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Previously, from 2015 to 2019, they were the President of their own law firm, JL Martinez Law. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2015, they were the President and Partner at Martinez & Spivack, P.A. John L. also worked as the President/Director of their own law practice, John L. Martinez, Jr., P.A., from 2001 to 2008, focusing on criminal defense, family law, and eminent domain cases. Before opening their own office, they served as a Senior Attorney at the Florida Department of Transportation from 1996 to 2001, specializing in eminent domain cases. John L. began their legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, 10th Judicial Circuit, where they handled misdemeanors and felony trials, gaining extensive experience with jury trials.
