Telmuun Byambaragchaa

Telmuun Byambaragchaa currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at State Bank of Mongolia since June 2022 and has held various positions at the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia since September 2010, including Director General of Tax Policy Department and Head of Fiscal Revenue Division. Additionally, Telmuun Byambaragchaa is a member of the Steering Group for the Inclusive Framework on BEPS since December 2020 and has been a board member at Erdenes Mongol since April 2018 and at Shivee Ovoo JSC until June 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Economic and Financial Policy from Cornell University, a Master’s Degree in International Law from the National University of Mongolia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from the Institute of Finance and Economy, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic Relations from the National University of Mongolia.
