Tsengel Bars

Tsengel Bars has extensive experience in the banking and information technology sectors, currently serving as the Director of the Information Technology Operation Department at the State Bank of Mongolia since July 2013. Prior to this role, Tsengel Bars was the Head of the User Support Division at the Savings Bank of Mongolia from March 2010 to July 2013. Earlier career positions include working as a Senior Economist, Information Specialist, and Accountant at Mongol Post Bank from April 2001 to March 2010, and as an Accountant at Positive from June 1999 to May 2001. Tsengel Bars holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services earned from 1995 to 1999.
