Steven Roberts

Steve Roberts is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in banking and community service. Currently serving as Vice President at State Bank of Texas since November 2021, Roberts has held significant roles including SVP at Wallis Bank and Senior Commercial Underwriter at Commercial Bank of Texas. With a strong commitment to community support, Roberts has been the Ft. Worth Chapter Treasurer for The Compassionate Friends and a contact person for Parents of Murdered Children since 2010. Additionally, Roberts founded the Kelsey Marie Roberts Scholarship Fund in 2005 to honor a late daughter, providing scholarships for Keller High School graduates. Roberts began a career in regulatory examination as a National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis after earning a BS in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
