Josh Hapner

Josh Hapner is an experienced application developer currently working at State Collection Service, Inc. since June 2015. Prior to this role, Josh served as an IT Application Consultant at Credit Control, LLC. from May 2014 to June 2015, focusing on script creation and automation.
