Korilyn Hecker

Korilyn Hecker has extensive experience in the collections industry, currently serving in the Extended Business Office at State Collection Service, Inc. since March 2014. Previously, Korilyn managed the Chase Automotive Custom Milwaukee portfolio as an Auto Custom Finance Collection Manager at JP Morgan Chase from February 2010 to March 2014. Prior roles at Van Ru Credit Corporation, from 2000 to March 2010, included Collection Manager, Collection Supervisor, Collection Trainer, and Collector/Team Lead, focusing on strategy implementation, performance monitoring, and staff development. Earlier experience as a Collector at Collections Unlimited Inc. involved analyzing credit reports and training new collectors. Korilyn's education includes studies at Waukesha County Technical College from 2004 to 2006.
