David Neun

David Neun is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently at SECU Credit Union since January 2017, where responsibilities include designing self-paced and blended learning assets and facilitating orientation and onboarding programs. Prior to this role, David served as an Instructional Designer, focusing on creating engaging learner-centered programs. David's previous positions include Education Specialist at the American Federation of Government Employees, where training programs were designed for a large federal employee union, and Senior Program Director at the Transportation Learning Center, managing curriculum development. Additional experience includes directing education at BOMI International and the International Association of Fire Fighters, where David implemented labor education initiatives and managed federal health and safety training. David holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The College of Wooster.
