Kristen Snyder

Kristen Snyder has extensive experience in data analytics and project management, currently serving as the Data Analytics Manager at SECU Credit Union since November 2006, after progressing through roles such as Senior Data Analyst and Business Analyst. Kristen's expertise includes data analysis, process streamlining, executive reporting, and marketing campaign development. Additional experience at SECU includes roles as Senior Card Analyst and Loan Analyst, focusing on quality control, policy development, and customer service. Prior to SECU, Kristen worked at Mariner Finance as a Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistant, and began a career at CCBC as a Student Activities Assistant. Kristen holds multiple certifications in data analysis and has pursued studies in Management Information Systems. Education includes an Associate of Arts from CCBC and continuous education at Rockhurst University, alongside a high school diploma from Dundalk High School.
