Amanda Clear

Amanda Clear is the Chief of Payer Relations and Value Contracting for State of Franklin Healthcare Associates. She has over 25 years of healthcare experience locally. She began her career with State of Franklin Healthcare Associates in 2003 as Director of Business Services. In this role, she was in charge of the revenue cycle management and payer contracting. As Chief of Payer Relations and Value Contracting, Amanda continues her responsibility for payer contracting and assumed accountability for strategic development and administrative support of team-based care of patients with the Quality Improvement Team supporting over 60,000 patients. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Milligan College, a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Walden University. She is also a Certified Professional Coder. Amanda is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Academy of Professional Coders.
