Char Iryshe

Char Iryshe is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in housing compliance, client management, and technical support. Currently serving as a Housing and Community Renewal Specialist for The State of New York since December 2016, Char ensures compliance with various housing programs and provides technical assistance to property owners and managers. Previously, Char worked at Paychex as a Business System Analyst, managing a portfolio of clients and configuring software to meet their needs. Additional experience includes managing a tech support and customer service call center at The Salzman Group and supervising the Capital One Service Desk at Unisys. Char's early experience as a Field Archaeologist involved environmental surveys and historical research across multiple states and in Italy. Char holds a BA in Classics from St. Bonaventure University, as well as a Master of Library & Information Science and a Master of Arts in Art History from the University at Buffalo.
