Paul Connell

Paul Connell has extensive experience in IT and network security, currently serving as an IT Technician and IT Systems Specialist for the Alabama State Port Authority since June 2013. Responsibilities include managing the Ports IP camera network and application software to protect 13 miles of property. Previously, Paul held the position of Network Security Administrator at TruBridge, a CPSI Company, and at CPSI, overseeing the network security for over 500 hospitals, securing encrypted emails for over 3,500 users, and managing local and wide area networks while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Paul also served as NOC Team Leader at Connexion Technologies, where duties involved managing a high-volume service order process in a 24/7 network operations center. Paul holds a degree from Auburn University at Montgomery.
