Xinyi Li

Xinyi Li currently serves as the Chief of the SPIC MENA Representative Office at State Power Investment Corporation Limited, overseeing regional development and stakeholder management across the Middle East, North Africa, and CIS territories. Previously, Xinyi Li held multiple key positions at ACWA Power, including Board Member for solar PV projects and wind projects in Uzbekistan, and was responsible for Chinese financing and investor relations. Xinyi Li's career began in investment management at the China Africa Development Fund, following tax internship experience at PwC. Educational background includes master's and bachelor's degrees from Shandong University in taxation, financial engineering, financial mathematics, and public finance.
