Ralston Coates

Ralston Coates is an experienced Project Quality Manager with a strong background in quality management and engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving at State Service since April 2022, Ralston previously held the same title at Kiewit from May 2012 to April 2022, where Ralston also worked as a Quality Engineer. Prior to that, Ralston was the Quality Control Manager at MAPCO, Inc. from January 2009 to April 2012. Ralston Coates holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from Texas Tech University, obtained between 2006 and 2008, and an Associate's degree from Howard College, completed from 2004 to 2006.
