Matthew Martel possesses extensive experience in customer service and financial operations. From July 1999 to August 2007, Matthew served as a Customer Service Representative, Head Cashier, and Cash Office Clerk at Stop & Shop. Following this, Matthew dedicated nearly eight years at State Street Bank & Trust Co., where roles included Associate 1 and Associate 2 as a Portfolio Accountant and Client Service Specialist, managing portfolios and processing financial transactions for large-scale clients. Since May 2015, Matthew has held the position of Officer and SSGM Business Continuity Planner at State Street Global Markets, focusing on developing and implementing business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience during emergencies while collaborating with various stakeholders to assess risks and formulate response strategies.
