Bhagirath Vora is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in fixed income portfolio management and technology integration within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income Portfolio Management Systems at State Street Global Advisors since July 2018, Bhagirath previously held the position of Managing Director of Investment Applications at Wellington Management, where significant advancements in investment platform strategies were made. Prior roles include Head of Systems at JP Morgan Asset Management Services, where a two-year technology merger integration program was successfully led, and Team Lead at Credit Suisse, focusing on back office systems implementation across multiple regions. Bhagirath's early career involved leadership in business process re-engineering at Citi and delivering software projects at Digital Equipment Corporation. Bhagirath holds an M.Tech in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a B.E. in Electronics Engineering, along with a Diploma in Systems Management from the University of Mumbai.
