Derek Kelly

Derek Kelly is a seasoned audit and finance professional with significant experience at State Street, where since June 2007, roles have included Head of Internal Audit for Ireland PCF-13, Senior Audit Manager, Corporate Audit Manager, and Fund Accounting Manager. Derek has managed director-level responsibilities for large client accounts, overseeing a variety of fund types and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Duties have included market value reconciliations, NAV preparation and review, financial statement reporting, and system improvements for operational efficiency. Prior experience at Ernst & Young as an audit supervisor involved leading audit teams, ensuring adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards, and preparing statutory financial statements for diverse clients. Derek also completed a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of York from 1999 to 2002.
