Donna Milrod

EVP, Head of the Global Client Management at State Street

Donna Milrod is executive vice president of State Street Corporation and head of the Global Client Management which is focused on delivering cross-enterprise solutions and insights to the company’s global and most complex clients. Additionally, Donna leads the Global Client Coverage team which is comprised of our global sales and relationship teams. She is also a member of State Street’s Management Committee, the company’s most senior strategy and policy-making team.

Donna has 25 years of experience in banking and financial services including leadership positions at Deutsche Bank where she served as deputy chief executive officer for its North America business. At Deutsche Bank Americas she was a member of the Regional Executive and Client Committees with responsibility for its North America clients and revenue. She most recently was a senior advisor to both Broadridge and McKinsey & Company where she provided advice for navigating risk, optimizing operating efficiencies and increasing revenue growth. Donna’s most recent executive role was with the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where she served on the Management Committee and was head of DTCC Solutions, delivering innovative post-trade processing solutions to clients. She also led global strategy and business development and prior to that was the chief administrative officer leading operations and finance. Donna also served as chairman of the board of DTCC Derive/SERV LLC and Chairman of the OMGEO Board of Managers.

Donna received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School. She currently sits on both public and nonprofit boards including Valmont Industries (NYSE:VMI), and the Partnership Fund for New York City. She is also a member of the Committee of 200, National Association of Corporate Directors, New York Women’s Forum, Council on Foreign Relations and Economic Club of New York.
