Thomas Loughlin, CFA has extensive work experience in various roles at State Street. Thomas began their career at State Street in 1993 as a Credit Officer, where they conducted credit analysis on commercial lending customers and prospects. Thomas then moved on to become a Vice President, Asset Securitization, originating new structured finance transactions with clients and managing relationships involving private securitizations, credit enhancement facilities, and asset-backed securities purchases. Later, they served as Vice President, Municipal Finance, where they negotiated and closed bank loans and credit and liquidity facilities for municipal issuers and not-for-profit entities. Currently, Thomas holds the position of Vice President, Global Credit Review at State Street, a role they started in 2019.
Thomas Loughlin, CFA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College. Thomas also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Thomas completed their high school education at Bishop Guertin High School. Additionally, they obtained the Series 7 and 66 certifications from FINRA in April 2017, and the CFA designation from the CFA Institute in 1999.
