Mary Sawyer

Mary Sawyer has extensive academic experience, currently serving as a Retired Associate Professor at SUNY New Paltz since August 2022. Previously, Mary Sawyer held the position of Associate Professor at the same institution. Mary Sawyer earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Literacy and Language from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Additionally, Mary Sawyer completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, between 1981 and 1984.
