Sunny Duerr

Sunny Duerr has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sunny started their career as a Manager at Kinko's from 1994 to 2001. Sunny then worked as a Data Center Policy and Procedures Analyst at Kroll Factual Data from 2001 to 2009. In 2010, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island, where they conducted financial impact reviews and worked on various projects. From 2011 to 2012, Sunny worked as a Survey Methods and Statistics Consultant for the Basic Needs Network of Washington County. In 2012, they joined the University of Rhode Island as a Teaching Instructor and later moved on to become an Adjunct Instructor at SUNY New Paltz, where they taught research methodology courses. Sunny also held various roles at SUNY New Paltz, including Research Analyst, Coordinator for Assessment and Accreditation, and Assistant Dean of Assessment and Accreditation. Throughout their career, Sunny has gained skills in assessment design, data analysis, written and verbal communication, and leadership.

Sunny Duerr has an extensive education history in the field of behavioral science and research methods. Sunny started their academic journey at the University of Northern Colorado, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 2002 to 2006. Building upon their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics and Research Methods from the same university between 2007 and 2010.

Recognizing the importance of further specialization, Sunny Duerr went on to complete a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science (Research Methods) at the University of Rhode Island from 2010 to 2012. This higher degree in their field of interest further enhances their expertise and knowledge in applied statistics, research methods, and behavioral science.
