Terry Murray

Terry Murray is an Associate Professor Emeritus at SUNY New Paltz, where tenure spans from September 2007 to the present. During this period, Terry co-coordinated and taught courses in the Humanistic/Multicultural Education Program, as well as co-led the Faculty/Staff Contemplative Group. Earlier in the academic career, Terry served as an Assistant Professor, focusing on teaching, student recruitment and advisement, program marketing, and advocating for social justice, while also participating in and leading various school and campus-wide committees. Terry holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University at Albany, earned between 2000 and 2005.
