Doug Bohannon

Doug Bohannon has extensive experience in sales strategy and market area development, particularly within the insurance industry, serving as Vice President of Agency/Sales at State Farm Insurance since January 2003. In this role, Doug leads a motivated Agency Field leadership team across Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan, focusing on growing profitable market share. Previously, Doug held various positions at State Farm, including Agency Field Executive and Agency Manager, where responsibilities involved strategic consulting and agent development. Additionally, Doug contributes as a board member for the American College and the Ralph and Luci Shey Sales Centre, providing governance and support to enhance student engagement and development. Doug's involvement in leadership roles extends to serving as Chair and First Vice Chair at the Ralph & Lucy Schey Sales Centre, as well as being a longtime member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University.
