Mark Mikel

Mark Mikel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Head of Business Development at State Farm ® since January 2020, Mark Mikel is responsible for enterprise-wide emerging business opportunities and managing a portfolio of product alliance relationships. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of State Farm Bank, F.S.B. from January 2018 to June 2020, Mark Mikel led strategy and operations across all products while overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Mark Mikel also held the role of Vice President and Secretary at State Farm Investment Management Corp from January 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities included leading the retail mutual funds business. Mark Mikel holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Loras College.
