Franklin Davison

Franklin Davison is an experienced educator and administrator with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Since September 2016, Franklin has served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and an Upper School History Teacher at Staten Island Academy. Prior to this role, Franklin taught Upper School History at The Baldwin School of Puerto Rico from August 2009 to July 2015 and worked as an English SAT tutor at Nsquared Tutoring Services from June 2012 to June 2015, assisting high school sophomores and juniors. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in American Government and Politics from Colby College, earned between 2005 and 2009, and is an alumnus of Phillips Academy, graduating in 2005.
