Luisa F. Zuluaga-Valencia

Luisa F. Zuluaga-Valencia is a geologist with extensive experience in various sectors of geological research and engineering. Currently employed at Statens vegvesen since November 2022, Luisa previously held roles including Engineering Geologist at Atkins Norge AS and Vice Chair of GeoLatinas. With a robust academic background, Luisa completed a Ph.D. in Structural Geology at the University of Bergen, where a focus was on the deformation effects in reservoir-prone sandstones. Additional qualifications include a Master's in Petroleum Geosciences from IFP School and a Diploma in Geology from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Luisa has contributed to numerous projects, such as CO2 sequestration and geothermal reservoir modeling, and has served on the board of Software Underground.
