Cliff Selsky has extensive work experience in the medical field. Cliff is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Statera BioPharma, Inc. since September 2020. Prior to this, they established Family First Pediatrics in 2013, where they worked as a Pediatrician specializing in the management of childhood blood disorders and pediatric pain. Before that, they held the position of Co-Director of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Florida Hospital from 1993 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Genetic Toxicologist at Stauffer Chemical Company from 1980 to 1982.
Cliff Selsky completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microbiology at the University of Miami, where they studied from 1970 to 1976. Cliff then pursued their postdoctoral research in radiation biology at Harvard from 1976 to 1978. Additionally, during the same period, they engaged in postdoctoral research focusing on radiobiology and DNA repair at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. From 1978 to 1980, Selsky attended Stanford University for their post-doctoral research in Molecular Biophysics. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Tulane University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988, specializing in Medicine.
