Ebony Heckstall

Ebony Heckstall has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Ebony most recently worked as an Oncology Implementation Specialist at VieCure starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Delta Air Lines as a CSA, starting in May 2022. In 2020, they worked at StateServ Medical as an Implementation Project Consultant. From September 2017 to November 2020, they held the position of Implementation Consultant at PerfectServe, Inc., where they were responsible for aligning with healthcare providers to assess workflow and communication needs and implementing technology solutions. Before that, they worked in the operations department for the Men's Basketball program at Eastern Michigan University from September 2015 to September 2017. Ebony also has experience as an Exercise Physiologist at Mountain States Health Alliance from January 2015 to June 2015.

Ebony Heckstall holds a diverse educational background. Ebony pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Syracuse University, which they completed between 2004 and 2008. Subsequently, Ebony earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Exercise Physiology from the same university, attending from 2008 to 2010. In 2015, they embarked on their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) studies at Eastern Michigan University, where they specialized in MBA. Ebony successfully completed their MBA in 2017.
